Upper Meeting Room
The Upper Meeting Room can seat 65 guests in chairs or 36 guests at tables and chairs. Seating can be arraigned to meet your needs. Wireless Internet, a Power Point projector, overhead projector, TV, VCR, DVD, dry erase board and flip chart with an easel are available for your use. The dimensions of the room are 27 feet by 29 feet.
Lower Meeting Room
The Lower Meeting Room can seat 100 guests in chairs or 60 guests at tables and chairs. Seating can be arraigned to meet your needs. Wireless Internet, a Power Point projector, overhead projector, TV, VCR, DVD, dry erase board and flip chart with an easel are available for your use. The dimensions of the room are 28 feet by 43 feet.
American Martyrs Retreat House

What is the availability of 1 meeting room for a retreat of Ministers? Can I ask for the cost of using the facility for our Eastside Ministerial Alliance Retreat? We would like one meeting room for up to 32 people? We would need lunch to be served also for the same amount of people.
We would use the facility for a whole day arriving at 9-3.

The Upper Meeting can seat 32 people in chairs no tables. If you desire tables also I would suggest the lower meeting room, it is larger. Use of Facility fee is $90/day. Lunch is $9/person. We have a beverage service for $1.25/person, which includes coffee, hot water for tea and Ice water. If you are still interested please contact Patty by email, dbqamrhsec@dbqarch.org .
